I thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service I can offer. That is why I have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Waxologist Beauty Lounge experience.
They are just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with me goes as smoothly as possible.
NEED TO CANCEL?
I know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling, rescheduling or amending appointments. As a courtesy to me and my customers please give 48 hours notice for a cancellation, reschedule or amendment. Failure to do so will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment booked.
PUNCTUALITY
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Failure to do so may result in your treatment time being shortened or your treatment cancelled. The cancellation policy will apply.
MOBILE PHONES
I politely ask you to turn off your mobile phones when you arrive for your appointment.
CHILDREN
Due to health & safety I advise that children are not present whilst treatments are carried out.
This excludes childrens ear piercing.
